Hi, I’m Sophie, a registered Nutritional Therapist, health coach, and yoga teacher based in Kent, and I have a personal health and life journey that probably sounds a little bit familiar; stress, burnout, exhaustion and overwhelm left me feeling drained, depleted, and riddled with anxiety.

I navigated a hectic life in London for over 10 years, with a fast-paced career, and an even faster-paced lifestyle – I was constantly on the go, on a never-ending hamster wheel of work, socialising, and more work, caught up in the relentless demands of city life. Burnout and exhaustion became my constant unwavering companions, draining my vitality, joy and health.

My health suffered greatly, and to put it frankly, I was pretty unwell for years; terrible digestion, poor sleep, low energy, running on empty, constant colds and infections, lacklustre skin, and a menstrual cycle that was all over the place. So, as you’d expect, this all took its toll, and eventually my physical, mental and emotional health got to breaking point. Time to get on top of my health once and for all!

Driven by an insatiable hunger to learn what was going on inside my body, and how to rectify it, I took a deep-dive into the world of holistic health and nutrition and quit my job to study and re-train at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine. I graduated in 2016 and have never looked back!

Today my life looks very different; sea, sand, and an abundance of nature. Me and my furry canine companion, Zero, have found solace and peace nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Ramsgate in Kent. Does this mean I don’t ever experience fatigue, low energy, or the occasional burnout? Absolutely not! I still have a busy work schedule and still frequently travel to London, but I now have the awareness, knowledge, and skills to know when to step back, down-tools, and nurture and nourish myself to help bring me, and my health, back to a state of peace, ease and balance.
