Hello! Whether you’re looking for a regular weekly online yoga class, the odd online drop-in session, or you’re keen to join and connect with a growing online yoga and wellness community, you’ve come to the right place! I’m here to help you tune out to tune in, and find freedom through movement!
I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years, and teaching since 2013, and yoga has quite literally changed my life. From providing a much-needed anchor during a busy and hectic life in London, to providing an ever-evolving pathway to a much deeper connection to mind and body than I could have ever imagined.
Having taught at various studios across London, Brighton, and Kent, I am now thrilled to be bringing my classes online, so that you can access and enjoy them from anywhere in the world!
I currently offer two online weekly classes, one on a Wednesday evening and one on a Saturday morning. Classes are in the vinyasa style and both classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

My classes are designed to be inclusive, accessible, nurturing and fun, and offer a safe space for you to safely explore and connect with your body and your breath.

Gentle
Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
This class invites you to slow down, soften, and deeply connect with your body’s natural rhythm. The focus is on exploration and inquiry, allowing you to discover the subtlety of each posture while having fun along the way. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, there will be plenty of options and modifications, allowing you to move at a pace and depth that feels right for you. The use of props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters may be suggested, but if you don’t have these do not worry, they are not an essential requirement for the class. Each class begins with a gentle and nurturing flow, followed by a series of nourishing restorative postures and guided breathwork, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and present.

Dynamic
Saturdays 9am-10am
A dynamic flow class designed to build heat, build strength, and enhance mobility. We’ll flow through a series of varied postures, synchronizing movement to breath, inviting a deep exploration of both body and mind. This practice invites you to explore, get creative, play, and have fun – whether that means meeting your edge, experimenting with balance, or adding playful elements to the postures. While this practice is dynamic in nature, it is open to all levels, and there will be plenty of modifications and options throughout, allowing you to meet yourself exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re looking to build strength, de-stress and shift some energy, or explore new movement patterns, this class will leave you feeling energised, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes next.
