My 1-2-1 programmes of support are tailored exclusively to your needs, challenges, goals, and aspirations, and we’ll work in partnership to co-create a plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle and empowers you to make lasting changes.
Working within a programme format allows us to embark and progress on this exciting and empowering journey together, with me by your side every step of the way. Programmes run over a 3, 6, or 9-month period, and include regular check-ins, resources, email support, support calls, coaching, and accountability. My holistic, person-centred approach goes beyond dietary advice, and combines nutritional knowledge and expertise with nutrition and lifestyle coaching, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and lifestyle adjustments to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to your unique needs and requirements. Where deemed appropriate programmes may also incorporate functional testing and/or supplements.

Our journey begins with an in-depth and comprehensive assessment of your health history, current concerns and challenges, lifestyle factors, dietary intake, and your unique goals and visions. Based on our assessment, we’ll design and create a personalised programme of support that addresses your unique challenges. We’ll explore dietary and lifestyle adjustments, practices, and techniques that align with your goals.
